OK, I forgot the specifics, but can anyone enlighten me again about the Brunson brother's case?
Brunson legally acting against all members of congress for not upholding their oath of office by not investigating, or at least stopping the 2020 election results long enough to determine if any fraud had taken place. If Brunson case goes to SCOTUS and is agreed with 100s of congressmen and women will be kicked from congress.
Side note: Congress just recently passed or is trying to pass some kind of legislation that will allow them to name a successor “in the wake of a mass casualty event” of some type. In other words if 100s of them die or go to jail maybe? Hmm. Just spitballing but it does seem to line up.
Hate to burst the bubble, but as an attorney having read the pleadings, it's nothing but fantastical sovereign citizen nonsense. Don't put any faith in it.
I was merely answering the question of what the Brunson case was about. I three that last part in as a curiosity because someone posted about it a couple times over the last week or so. No bubble to burst here. I don’t believe shit until I see it.
On a side note you should learn the legal definition, as used in the U.S.C., of the word Citizen before throwing an oxymoronic term like “sovereign Citizen” around. Those two words, again, legally speaking, are contextually the polar opposite. No malice intended brother.
It's a colloquialism and not intended to be dissected linguistically. Everyone knows what a sovereign citizen is. They have no clue how the law works and are parasites on the country.
But does it have foundation?
Your attempt to 'burst the bubble' doesn't have standing. You don't have the final adjudication, or judgement at your access. It hasn't been made public yet. Wait until you do.
