Illinois isn't a lock for Democrats this time.
People in Chicago just aren't showing up... but rural people from other areas of Illinois are showing up to vote.
The city officials can try to cheat again this election... but the writing is on the wall. They will lose the national election, Trump will take office... and whoever cheated will be going to prison.
