Richard Grenell is a better fit for Secretary of State. Vivek Ramaswamy comes from the Pharmaceutical Industry. Working alongside Robert Kennedy would be a better fit.
Ric Grenell would make a great Secretary of State - he's experienced, measured, well-liked and respected and hasn't wavered in his loyalty to Trump. Vivek supported Trump at the end of the run, but I think it's because he realized on which side his bread was buttered. He's too slick salesman for me...at one point he started to sound like Obama. I don't trust him.
I trust him as much as Haley.
I never liked him much,but it is possible.

I'm asking the same question. He has no experience in geopolitical affairs much less trying to run the State department. SS is too strategic and critical of a position to put someone at the helm just because some may like what he says.

People like him and he's a good talker. He would probably be better talking to the EU,than a lot of other choices. My mother watched all the debates and liked him a lot.

I'll try and watch it. I did notice he was out their campaigning for Trump at the end. None of his other primary opponents did that.

He is a great choice. Thoughtful, intelligent and opposed to the Deep State. Because he is so intelligent and articulate some perceive this as slick, but he stepped up when needed.
Hes handsome, smart (enough) and articulate. But there's something slimy there. Just under the surface. I don't trust him as far as I can throw him.
Undecided on vivek - comes off as a very intelligent used car salesman to me sometimes and maybe a little too ‘tony robbins- ish’ but in general, he is tolerable and seems to play the MAGA role pretty well.
You can tell he has had a CEO only role for maybe too long and is so confidently buzz-wordy. Not sure if he is a nuts and bolts guy or a ‘delegater’ - I’m thinking a ‘delegater’ maybe too much so, as in a concept mentality only and doesn’t have true experience.
He did an interesting town hall in Springfield, Ohio a month or so back.
