To the extent any agency was established via executive order vs legislation it can be dismantled via EO. Otherwise agency personnel could be reassigned or furloughed thus making it ineffective. Not as permanent.
Vivek also mentioned in a podcast with Tucker that he feels 25% of fed workers would quit by requiring them to work in the office all day, 5 days a week- no more working from home, lol.
If he wanted to cut out an entire department, say the Dept. of Labor, wouldn't he have to get it through Congress? Should Congress have to vote to dismantle a agency? I don't understand the mechanics of how there could be an agency one day and the next it's gone.
DoD needs to protect ONLY the United States. All else shut down.

I would like to see these government a**hole* make it in the private sector. In addition to closing down the agencies, cut off everyone’s pension.
