What troops? Thousands of foreign troops already have died on the battlefield, including American, European and British. The Poles have lost tens of thousands. It’s fully documented. When the Russian troops come across their bodies, they remove their county’s patch, their dog tags and any other identifiable features like passports. Yet the world screams that NK troops are in Kursk which is in Russia, not Ukraine.

Putin will never agree to NATO membership for Ukraine. Absent a peace deal, Russia is on track to take all of Ukraine and manage it as a protectorate, until it installs a new government. They might even invite BRICS members to come in with pacification troops as a gesture of openness.
