Hello Frens. I was just thinking yesterday, why don't we tax the hell out of remittances? the value of labor that an uneducated immigrant provides should not equal vastly increased wealth back home, where the exchange rate for USD is drastic.
I feel like we are getting F-ed over here. The families of illegals in other countries get a better deal, compared to Americans, not even counting the welfare and other benefits that those who come here get while in the country. I'm not for income tax on citizens, but I think this is a different issue where tax should be applied. Thoughts?
Donald’s son Don Jr said yesterday they would eliminate 7000 pages in tax code and have a flat tax.
IRS has already been neutralized. Media is hiding it. SCOTUS ruled on 27JUN24 all IRS tax courts null and void, 28JUN24 all IRS rules and regulations null and void, 01JUL24 all IRS agents are individually liable for “unofficial acts” which include attempts to enforce voided rules in voided courts.
IRS must sue you in Federal Court now, and you file motion to dismiss for 1. No jurisdiction and 2. No standing - they cannot prove actual damages from you not paying taxes.
Good to know. Let’s see if anyone tests this. I’m sure we are all tired of working to pay taxes to the government. Trump said he would eliminate taxes on Social Security for seniors so that will definitely be a great thing.
Fyi...put all assets into a Trust before going up against IRS Corp (i.e. US Corp).
any sauce for this?

No immunity for "unofficial acts" for POTUS and all of Article II Executive Branch. Includes all states and county corps (MSCs) if they are shown to be "owned by" or subsidiaries of US Treasury (Article II "dept") [my comment]
Thank you!
Taxing out labor is wrong period. His Father said he would get rid not it.
Taxation of labor capital violates 4th Amendment. Corporations committing compelled fraud by intentional misclassification as “taxable income” on W-2 are liable for 203x damages for every dollar with-held without your consent. You automatically have standing.
All labor capital traded for hours of labor is untaxable within the boundaries of the Republic. DC, federal lands, and territories are not in the Republic.

Why don't we work with Mexico to get that countries economy on scale with ours and that would be killing 2 proverbial birds with 1 stone
That's a win-win solution.
That's why I get the big $$$$
I've been saying annex mexico for 20 yrs now
end all the cartels and the mex gov, free the people
and in the last 10 that it would save us a lot by making a southern border 1/20th of the length
I'm OK with that for illegals but not for citizens. My wife supports a lot of Filipinos, mostly chi.dren. They aren't living a lux life
Good point
They've tried that before, and it doesn't work. It's not very enforceable. There are many ways to get money across borders, including specialized money order and private mail companies dedicated only to remittances that aren't even electronic.
But it's also illegal, violating a bunch of different laws.
That could easily fall under tariffs since it is foreign imported labor.
