As long as Weldon's marching orders are to implode the CDC, I'm good with this pick.
Scaramucci model?
This is music to my ears. I’m fairly agnostic , and I was pretty young when the Terry Schaivo story came out, and played in real time. However , it stuck with me, and pained me to know that this loving family , who truly believed their daughter to be responsive, was not allowed to let their daughter stay alive. This truly is the dawn of a new era ❤️
This horrible practice of starving helpless patients to death happens every day and in places you would never expect. Texas is one of the worst states for allowing hospitals to engage in this. Needs to STOP!
Agreed
Then you might well share Twila Paris' sentiment here (at least somewhat):

2 out of 3...I guess it's best we can hope for...
At least during covid, it felt like the Surgeon General was just an opinion talking head with limited power. It was the CDC and the FDA that had to give the approval for things to go through. So at least it's the better of the 2 of 3?
I don't remember that... But wow. Especially since he was outspoken on Vaxxes through children's defense network. I was too distracted trying to move out of the city after that shitshow started. I feel like Gen-x is the last generation that just wants to be left alone.
I'll bite. So I found the contest. But I don't see anywhere listed that it's required to have been vaccinated with a covid jab. I do see a lot of things saying to follow hotel rules or travel rules or something - I have not dug deep into this because I have to go to work, lol. It's also worth noting that the 2020 contest I found happened before covid vaccines were even a thing, this was at the start of the lockdowns.
But RFK Jr has said multiple times that he is not against vaccines, he is just against the schedule they currently push and ingredients and what not. He doesn't believe in all vaccines. So he has been consistent with that.
I want to say that he also changed his mind on covid jab at some point? I can't remember, because I think he himself got it and regrets it maybe? Don't hold me to that one. I will try to come back to this later.Nope, always was against the covid ones. It's also worth noting that he has done this falconry contest a couple times, there was another in 2023. And some whale watching one as well recently?

"But RFK Jr has said multiple times that he is not against vaccines..."
He says he's against those that haven't been proven safe. The catch is that it's all of them.
I believe RFK Jr's main point is that NONE of the childhood vaccines have been found safe thru testing if they have even been tested at all. Any testing being done seems to be a sham.
True.
Wow... That would be suspicious to any thinking person.
Kinda wondering how the whole 'appointment' thing works in this case as the CDC is a private company and despite appearances NOT a government agency.....
This right here..
