FACT: you can sue the federal government for dropping a case against you, particularly if you can prove that the government's initial prosecution was malicious and constitutes "malicious prosecution," which is a legal claim that allows you to seek damages for the harm caused by the wrongful legal action. **** HOW MUCH DID THE WITCH HUNT COST??????
The problem with this is it is us that pay the cost through taxes. Same thing with jailing these reprobates and traitors. Why must We the People bear the cost? We have been harmed even more so than Trump.
Now he needs to sue them for malicious prosecution and seek compensatory and punitive damages. He should file before taking the oath of office. Let them all pay for those expensive lawyers in DC and drag out the proceedings for the next 4 years to make sure it costs them plenty.
He hits back twice as hard and will never allow anyone to get away with shit.
Now that the charges are dropped, do the prosecutors believe Trump will leave them alone? No harm, no foul? I wonder if Trump has a long memory and this will be itching at the back of his brain for a few more months. Will Jack Smith be let go free or will he face charges for wreckless political tampering? My best guess is the latter.
Iām so happy to know this rips certain Dems and leftists and the swamp altogether right in half. The collective REEEEEE will ripple through the universe. I truly cannot get enough of their defeat and despair.
...and to hear the lamentations of their 4B women.
Sue these losers for your attorneys costs, election interference, defamation, malicious prosecution, civil rights violations (gag order) and everything else you can sue for.
So does this mean there is no more litigation against Trump anywhere? I've been trying to keep track of all this but I lost track lol. I know Jack what's his face dropped charges. Last I knew the 35 charges in New York was adjourned until after President Trump serves his term. Wasn't there something else in Georgia too? Fanny willis? This is really good I'm very happy. I know there were theories that they'd try to jail him before he took office I'm relieved that won't happen now.
'It's not their fault they're losers.' DJT, probably.
I can hear that woman in the beanie somewhere outside the courthouse.
