I remember hearing about it but it didn't occur to me while writing this post, maybe because he's still in legal jeopardy if he returns to the US, although his plea deal precludes extradition to this country. So I clearly need to re-write the heading (can't do, of course).
If it can be made clear what he did, how he has helped America, then a pardon makes sense. Anons might believe (know) that Assange has been a really important player, but unless the case is made to the general public, a pardon might be tough.
I think it would make approximately 42 lefty million heads around the world explode, though, if Trump pardoned Assange.
Part of me has always thought Assange has been safe and sound at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex the entire time, and everything we heard in the media was political posturing.

Case is closed but to be fully free, he needs a pardon. MAGA should hold President Trump to it.
