Q told us that military is the only way. Do Presidential Pardons apply to military tribunals? What if Biden pardons more and more obviously guilty people. Could this be to help the normies understand why this needs to be handled in a military court, since civilian courts are so obviously corruptible? Sure would like to start seeing Sydney Powell again.

Can you be pardoned for treason?
No
Didn't they do that after the Civil War?
Fraud nullifies everything.
I'm fairly certain they do. George Washingtons pardon carried a lot of weight for those who participated in the whiskey rebellion and literally saved people from being hung so yes, I would use this as evidence that it does protect from military tribunals
Biden probably has a list ready to go before he leaves.
Proven Fraud will invalidate everything (including these wishful pardons)
The ONLY fraud that would invalidate a presidential pardon would be if the president wasn't the president.
Exactly.

They love hearing from us!
Presidential pardons do not apply to treason, nor to state or, local laws.
My guess would be that Biden can only pardon Federal charges. Military charges of Treason? Not likely.
What about child sexual abuse and murder?
