A couple of observations. The gunman had to repeatedly manually cycle his automatic, probably because the suppressor was heavy and homemade, which does not allow the pistol to cycle normally. Second, he was pretty clinical about it, placing his shots carefully and not wildly doing the gangsta "spray 'n pray" technique. Third, apparently the gunman knew the mark would be at that spot and was laying in ambush for him. Finally, the video ends as the gunman steps off the sidewalk toward the street, so I wonder if a getaway car was waiting for him?
My first point (about the suppressor being too heavy), that will certainly cause an semi-auto pistol to not cycle properly. If it's too big or made out of steel outer casing, that can happen.
I was wondering about that cycling. The gunman definitely knew he was gonna be there. He walked up behind, shot the target and left. This was not some random event.
Yes, a semi-auto relies on the pistol's recoil to cycle it properly. A "limp wrist" can cause it to not cycle, as can anything that interferes with the way it is designed to operate. Most manufactured suppressors take that into account and are made of lightweight materials for that reason. So I am making an educated guess that the gunman was using a homemade suppressor made of steel pipe or some other heavy material, PLUS it looks rather long, adding to the weight. It looks like its easily longer than the pistol itself, so added weight and throwing it off balance.
Also, watching a second and third time, it seems to be a "short stroke" slide, so I'm wondering if it was a small caliber like a .22, possibly a .32 or 9mm, as it did not take much power to hand-cycle the thing. Have to consider the presence of mind the shooter used to do that, but he'd probably rehearsed it several times before the actual shooting, and knew to expect that necessity.
My .22 pistol won’t cycle when I use shot shells for mice and moles in the yard so I need to manually cycle the slide. After years doing it it’s second nature. So it does take training/practice.
It’s said .22 has killed more that any other caliber in history. Quiet. Especially subsonic and suppressed. Can penetrate skull bone. And bounces around in the brain mushing it up.
Is this a case of they won't be able to walk down the street???
Case dismissed. Gun man was wearing a mask. He was simply following covid guidelines which the CEO CLEARLY violated.
This guy is clearly a hero.
The shooter stands behind a car that has tinted windows offering concealment of the shooting. The victim trips and falls (due to being shot). There are only 2 witnesses, the one person on the sidewalk, and the camera recording.
This was a hit. If big pharma CEO's are being assassinated, this could be black hat taking out black hat.
This also works as a warning to others that may be cooperating with WH's being orange hats trapped by blackmail looking for a way out.
'They won't be able to walk the streets' per Q is happening.
The guy was under investigation for insider trading.
Looks very staged to me. The shooter is so nonchalant about killing in public.
I'm sure the professional hit man that has, no doubt, already killed this shooter was handsomely paid.
Anyone saved the video, because it’s not there anymore
I arrived on this post 1 hour after it was published. Am I the only one NOT seeing the video link in the TGP article? Looks like the video was scrubbed from twitter and thus the article's "NOT FOUND" message.
Was anyone able to back it up (archive)?
I do find it strange that supressors have recently became a commonly purchased item surpassing the last 80 or so years of purchases in just the last 2 years. Now we have a high profile target taken out byly a guy with a supressed pistol. On camera too.
