Has the deep state forced 3rd world countries to be poor so that they can be used as a source of cheap labor? Just think of what we could have if these poor nations could have healthy economies, and lift themselves out of poverty.

Forcing them into poverty by exracting everything from them.
GREEDY, HEARTLESS, THIEVES
Also conditions create mass migration.
They don't really "steal" them, they make the country fully unstable and dirt poor so the country sells them those resource rights instead of offering to teach them how the country could lift itself out by, taking advantage of the resources on their soils. Many countries should naturally be doing a shit ton better than they have been if allowed to do so.. Still you have some countries that, would do nothing but, invade and take over other countries unless told, a firm no.
Same reason Canadian investors own the most foreign-held land in the US, with approximately 12.8 million acres... Someone on our side sold our soil to them/ports to them.
Good definition of THEFT
There’s usually a 1:1 ratio between nations the US intelligence agencies are destabilizing and the new batch of immigrants.
Many Europeans can complain about being invaded by Africans. But European corporations don’t do themselves any favors by acting like ‘East India’ companies. France is notorious for instigating and arming both sides of a conflict in Africa. Also follow imf currency collapses and migration patterns.
Answer is complex. Involving both National Histories, Geography, Foreign interests and geopolitics. Though Once the relevant people we currently believe are the source of many of their problems are dealt with.
There’s going to be a very interesting time and adjustment period. I just hope we don’t fall into a cycle of “Blame the Deep State” to excuse every single setback those countries have in the future. Much like people currently do now with “Blame the White People/Colonialism”.
Though it would probably be wise to keep whatever form the new “Wealthy Elite” takes. Far away from them for the duration of that adjustment period. The biggest threat they’d face outside of deliberate hostile action in that period. Is Well intentioned idiots with more money than functioning brain cells.
I agree with this statement. heh.
Short answer is yes, long answer gets complicated in some of the countries but, in the end the answer is still yes.
Working on it(SAHEL Alliance...)
Catholic and Islamic dominated countries tend to be poor. I wonder why. There are only a few outliers and I'd venture to say that other factors must have outweighed the impacts of the religions and allowed for some level of prosperity. Also keep in mind migration into countries which didn't used to have large presences. America for example did not start with such a huge Catholic presence and if things continue, Muslims will be a big chunk of it too... God forbid. These religions are perfidious and pernicious.

When freedom of conscience is restricted, when the true Gospel of Christ is not preached, when the people are subjugated and milked for their materials and their labors and used as proxies and breeding grounds for criminal activity, poverty results.
