Well, we did that once, and we made people like Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, Eddie Murphy, and Barack Obama into top tier cultural figures worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and a lot of black people started getting insanely rich off sports and entertainment, who were basically universally loved and admired, while a lot of other black people started learning that if they basically played Lottery with career selection, a lot of them were suddenly thrust into the workforce with their skillset being a poor match.
Well now that’s obviously “because someone is exploiting them”, and someone was, and was baiting them into perpetuating that exploitation, but it’s the people who are communicating the message that someone is exploiting them, and that can’t be noticed.
Oh goodness what other angles should be attacked? How about that the people who created the welfare program used it to destroy black communities and families? How about that the people who started the war on drugs kicked it off by producing, transporting, and deploying cocaine into black neighborhoods, got them hooked on it, then sent them to prison for having it and used them as … “unpaid labor”?

…then someone, maybe Al Green or whoever, realized that getting past ethnic divides by just being human was bad for business, so they shift and start demanding that we do talk about skin color instead, and begins by denigrating white people of all ethnicities and nationalities and mass importing people to completely displace them in all their countries all at once. I don’t know if this next case has happened, but they probably also shifted all of the “Historically Black Colleges” to only teaching communism and race resentments and grievance culture, and boy oh boy does anything help promote societal unity and harmony like grievance culture! Just ask the Irish and the English!
So now white people are the bad guy, by default, and “have” to talk about race, but can only cow and demean themselves, and if they don’t cow themselves they’re racist, and if they do cow themselves they’re only heading toward the South African Boer situation where they’ll eventually be attacked for being racist and exploitational anyway, and at the same time, only white people can be legally discriminated against in the workplace, because by definition you can only discriminate against a “minority”, where “minority” is defined as “nonwhite”, and if white people complain about any of it, they’re “Nazis”.

It’s because the Satan worshipping shitstains who run the world want everyone crushed, weak, without familial networks, without communities, without health, and without wealth, because they want most of us dead, and they want those that aren’t dead enslaved, for forever, and having us fight each other until they bribe their best you’re-not-actually-in-the-club-but-we-will-pay-you-handsomely-until-we-don’t lackeys build out their self-sustaining AI driven robot armies.
… and the only reason they actually want anyone alive is because they need the blood. The demons can’t remain in this realm without the blood, and the second they lose access to it, they’re at the judgment seat.

We just have to stop fighting ourselves and demand peace in order to do it, but until then they’re going to try everything they can to prevent that from happening.
