That was my first thought when I seen this, however:
He became a citizen in 2002 and Article I, Section II, Clause 5, of the U.S. Constitution, concerning the choosing of a speaker, does not explicitly state House membership as a requirement.
I think he may actually be eligible.
Elon Musk has enough on his plate with the goals for space travel, Star link, Tesla, and X. I appreciate his working to help straighten the US out on DOGE. I think Vivek Ramaswamy might be good choice. SOTH is 3rd in line to Presidency, is he a NBC? Thomas Massey would be good, or Matt Gaetz.
