The parent (because we all know that it’s a single mother), and the manufacturer (because we know they aren’t really fathers) should also be held responsible.
The parent is quite happy to use the “children” for financial gain, gibs & housing.
The manufacturer’s are quite happy to allow society take up his financial responsibility.
Both are guilty, as well as the child.
She should have all gibs removed related to the children and be charged with nigletect.
The males (we know it’s more than one male) should be charged with abandonment leading to said crimes, their opinions being sterilised, paying damages or jail.
Take them all off the board. Keep doing this until they stop believing “gangsta life” is how they should behave. Their life involves larping as “gangstas” while parasiting off welfare and the work of others.
They are a burden on society and a bad example to their race and other immigrants from the same continent.

When I was 12 I was burning holes in papers using a magnifying lens in the sun and trying to catch (always failing) catching parrots in the tree, and trying to escape (and failing once) from the moneys trying to catch me.
Well, to be honest, the "Darwin Award" goes to people who remove themselves from the gene pool by dying in some spectacular way. These three youts are still alive and will no doubt add their low-IQ genes to the human race as soon as they get out of jail or the hospital. Pity....
So as stupid as they are, no Darwin Awards for them until they up their game and get killed in a drug deal, a drive-by, or overdose.
That reminds me, wonder what happened to those 12 year old girl 'teens' that did that carjacking in NYC and caused the driver's death, that was around this time of year a couple of years ago. Maybe something in 'teens' just gets them extra excitable around the Holidays?
Anyone that is armed with a weapon and shows hostile intent to kill or inflict serious bodily injury is a threat, whether they are 10 or 100 years of age, and must be terminated with extreme prejudice.
