But don't worry, I've been watching this whole thing happen.
There was a civil case where a cracked out hoe was accusing Trump of SA & grape sometime in the 1980s... or 1990s, she can't remember. The jury found that Trump was guily of SA but not grape.
The case in OP was the "hush money" case, where Stormy Daniels decided she needed money so she blackmailed Trump through his lawyer, Cohen. (I actually think they were working together). The jury found that Trump was guilty of falsifying records (because apparently, paying your lawyer is not a "legal expense") and ... other crimes that none of them had to agree on, they just needed it to attach to make it a felony.
At the end of the day, they really wanted the sentance in this case because now they get to call him a "convicted criminal" for 4 years. Prior to this, it was all in their minds. Not sure what this means for Trump's ability to vote, own a weapon, etc.
The judge is just saying "well, a jury found you guilty, and that's going on the books... but because of judicial discretion, I'm just not going to penalize you. aren't I so nice? have a good day"
We are letting you go with no consequences but you are still guilty for our political purposes.....
Literally banana republic stuff.
I'm logging this as yet ANOTHER win for Trump as he resumes his rightful place in the Oval Office.
Can a law fag explain what this means. Does it mean the libtards still get to say he sexually assaulted a woman? Because this needs to be vindicated
Friend, you have conflated two different cases.

Unconditional discharge is just no prison sentence. Is that correct? How is that ok?
No penalty of any kind.
