We could list 100 examples, to help illustrate this concept
For example:
we could say schools “supposedly” teach students how to read,
BUT if most of the students can’t read at grade level…
THEN the true purpose of a school, MUST BE to crank out graduates who can’t read at grade level.

we could say that vaccines “supposedly” give us immunity to (vaccine preventable) infections
BUT if vaccines regularly maim and kill people, and cause all kinds of lifelong medical problems,
THEN the true purpose of a vaccine MUST BE to cause harm.

How about FEMA, whose stated purpose is to "manage emergencies" but in practice promotes DEI with its budget and ignores and gives scant "help" to hurricane victims in North Carolina? So their actual purpose is to promote DEI.
You could apply this to almost any government agency.

Think of all the money the government spends to "solve" homelessness.
