According to the article, the 2 men were arrested for breaking curfew and there is no evidence of any other crime. They have already been released.

OK, they made u look twice. The sentence barely makes sense. But one gets the gist right? HArris's property: tick, vice president's property, tick. So, the reporter tries to milk the proxemity to KH's place, even as this is strictly nothing burger. They were NOT on her property. Double take. There was no evidence.
Like duuude, lotsa people are running all over the place. Even an area with an 'old' curfew from an evacuation-order can still have rando-peeps running around like chickens without heads, looking for a means of escape.
But still, it was NEAR HER HOUSE. 'cos someone saw them 'during a curfew' and called the cops, right? Right?
