What does he mean by cloning?
Basically creating an exact duplicate. In the early 1900's they called it Twinning. They were Twinning then Cloning people long before the public news of Dolly the Sheep in 1996.
Dolly the Sheep was cloned at the Roslin Institute, which is near Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland. Rosslyn Chapel is an interesting rabbit hole to go down.

these cathedrals could have been creating healing frequency and vibrations for the towns. There's a great video (can't remember, but probably one on My Lunch Break channel) where they showed that the designs in the windows were shaped like sand or snowflakes and the organs created the sound. The theory is they were re-purposed into churches to hide the technology; the stained glass windows came later.
