I am fine with fast food if they start using beef tallow and cut out seed oils.

That would be a good start. Are you really in the pnw? Burgerville USA - we miss it - grass fed beef, real ice cream shakes with local berries. Yum!
Yeah that’s more of an Oregon SW WA thing. I am in the Seattle area. Ugh
We were there about 5 years after being lifers in Oregon - moved to a red state in 22 and Burgerville is the ONLY thing we miss!
You have to be discerning about beef tallow. Some of it is treated so it can be reused extensively but not turn rancid, as it normally would. They add chemicals to do this. And I believe the chemicals they use are banned in the UK.
