That's possibly not the best approach. Threatening "adverse consequences" when many of the Federal employees belong to unions... might work, or may become a quagmire.
The best approach might be: The first person to report DEI obfuscation or hiding of DEI agenda within a department will earn a $10,000 cash bonus, wired directly to their bank account... and there will be no consequences or names disclosed.
the 2nd person to report the same case of DEI obfuscation or hiding of DEI agenda will get a $2,000 cash bonus.
The 3rd person reporting the same case of DEI obfuscation or hiding of DEI agenda will get a $1,000 cash bonus.
This way, you encourage people to step forward and report, especially against bosses that they don't like. You get people to report early, too. Now... with three witnesses providing evidence... you have the ability to fire the DEI department person or manager responsible.
Federal employee's should never have been allowed to unionize since that isn't something provided for in the constitution. Federal service was meant to be a burden, not a way to make a great living. it was supposed to be temporary, not a career. JFK screwed up by writing that EO, and Congress turned it into a law that is not supported by the Constitution, nor original intent of our founders.
Take it one giant step further- incentivize being a federal employee (or contractor) who becomes a whistleblower. Pay them [very] bigly to become informants. Drain. Dat. Swamp!
Set up a detailed program, with criteria's to meet, rules to follow, etc. Then, make it so rewarding that it (federal whistleblower/informant) becomes a viable career path for fed. employees. Big busts; exposures of crime= never need to work again for the rest of your life.
I honestly cannot not think of one single thing in the world that I would rather see billions of my tax dollars spent on, than paying people to snitch out the swamp.
This is how we do it.

i am sick and tired of the Union hacks.
They need to be eradicated.
... enough rope to hang themselves.
If we give them that, why not give them more so they can spread the love to their peers?

I have heard of DEI, which I like to reorder as DIE because of the negative connotations, but what does the A stand for in DEIA?
Accessibility.
from the Dept of State:
They probably pretend it is for disabled people but it is probably to let the people with small hats or big hoods in.
