What’s the brand or type of your ice cream maker? We use the old fashioned electric type with rock salt. I don’t remember the name it’s a popular expensive brand with wooden bucket. We got it used for a steal. Can’t figure out what we are doing wrong. It’s good eating it fresh. If you freeze it has a slick butter texture and taste. Told hubby he’s doing it too long and making flavored butter🤦🏻♀️
Yep! Loaded with bad crap. I purchase my ice cream from a local farm stand.
I bought an icecream maker ---- I use my backyard chickens for when the recipe needs eggs (custard style).
Me too. Well, not the chickens part. I got a Cuisinart one, and it's pretty awesome. At $7.49 for a pint of organic ice cream, it just makes sense.
