Bad? Why? He was assassinated by the same “people” who tried to assassinate Trump. Who assassinated JFK. The north “won”. But did they? I mean, when a side “wins” a war, but then your leader is assassinated, did you really win? To me the civil war was just on the surface, what is happening today. They’ll tell you it was about slavery. And 9/11 was all truth from the same people. How to get the public behind an idea? You don’t give them a choice. Take “thinking” out of the equation.
What sticks in my craw is the growth of federal power over states.

I don’t know of any reason why he would be labeled as “bad” personally. But these forums have educated be thoroughly in the past tho. It’s kinda like Reagan. I don’t call him as good as many do. Simply on just the pharmaceutical decisions alone. He alone allowed where they can’t be sued into oblivion for basically killing people. That’s was on him. Now maybe he didn’t understand the evil that was about to take place or not, but the words “trusting fool” comes to mine. As I myself have been many times.
He represented the "lawbreaker states" who didn't support the federal governments slavery enforcement, so yeah if you align with billionaires who consider slavery good, Lincoln was bad.
The Democrats were trying to keep slavery federal in all 50 states - including those that didn't support it whatsoever. Lincoln represented nullification.

Yes to the Democrats being the same billionaire party its always been, but Lincon's third party - they decided to call it "Republicans" - was voted in because it was headed by a self made politician born in a rural wood cabin specifically because the actual voters aren't billionaires and they weren't represented by the billionaire Democrats or the fake other party pretending to oppose them. It really wasn't different from today.
They made third parties impossible because he actually ran under 2 different third parties - his new Republican party was already infiltrated in his first term and "RINOs" became the bribes they still are today. This is why to this very day third parties are hated by both parties.
Lincoln was the last time money played basically no part of the winning party, and in fact billionaires lost so much even after they managed to keep slavery legal all teh way to today, that they made sure no grassroots popularity party representing regular old everyone could change their plans again..
