Just goes to show you how flexible young people are. Their brains haven't been filled with the toxic word "NO". So they go in and say how can I get to this goal and they don't have that barrier to restrict how they think. Heck, my kid built a computer and every year or two he adds RAM, motherboard, VR goggles and it amazes me. Give a kid a goal and he'll figure out how to accomplish it.
There's an old Garfield I loved - Odie kind of walks up a tree trunk and out a limb, upside-down on the underside of it. Garfield says something like, "there's no limit to what one can do when one doesn't know what one can't do."
I’m sure these are highly intelligent teenagers. I’ve seen one of them .For example the kid who deciphered the language in the preserved scrolls from Pompeii. On the other hand, it may serve to demonstrate just how simple and easy it is to find the corruption and theft. God help the criminals who may target them.
The added bonus to having these brilliant young people perform tasks that all the seasoned, experienced bureaucrats and politicians said are impossible show our kids what is possible for themselves.
Not just governments but Companies and Corporations will be following DOGE principals shortly and looking for unjaded people like these to do the work.

Corporations have been. Problem is, HR insists everyone needs a college degree and by that time, they're worthless.
Make HR into Payroll again!!
I second you on that! Woke colleges are on their way out. Computer geeks unite!
And their cheap labor. Elon supplies them Hot Pockets. Dems wish they were older so they could bribe them with slush fund payoffs.
In the world of music, some people practice and study for decades, and they're only ever just ok players. Never great. Never notable.
Others are world class players by the age of 19, or even earlier.
Some people just GET IT. And they don't need decades. The rest of us are barely functional by comparison. It's humbling.
