The United States is a blood country, not a land country like England. You do not become a subject because of where you were born. This was an intentional break with the King of England.
Additional pressure to self deport, station an ICE agent around every horspital/birthing center. Pick em up and let them give birth in that ICE pickup bed, that happens to be property of El Salvador!
Where the hell would a judge get authority to issue a nation wide anything. Why would judges even do that does the President not have the final say? Next question why are they not removing these corrupt judges?
The president has statutory authority to halt immigration from anywhere for any reason as he sees fit. The president also has constitutional authority and the responsibility to protect the nation as it's CIC.
Since the state of emergency has already been implemented at the border, and given these other constitutional provisions, this should be a slam dunk. Judge can't mouth off to the president about "the rule of law" and ignore the powers granted the president by that law.
