I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a prediction: Blowing up USAID won't stop the contrails. I have a bold idea how we could repurpose some of that funding to stop chemtrails: require basic meteorology courses to be taught in high school
If chemtrail believers want to keep hunting down government fraud trying to erase the chemtrails, fine, that's great. How about it. But it's not going to stop airline travel, it's not going to stop advanced jet engines

The particles will stay suspended until the atmosphere they were emitted into warms or pressurizes enough to absorb or becomes windy enough to spread the the moisture

We'll start seeing lots of retarded chemtrail posts start around again rounding mid March as the atmosphere again begins getting choppy as spring starts coming. I would really be interested to find out if those states (Tennessee) who have passed legislation against chemtrail geoengineering have been successful in eradicating the poison in their skies.
Here in middle Tennessee the chemtrails have been a lot less since this legislation was passed. However the mysterious "fog" that got everyone so ill wasn't really a fog here but chemtrails were back in force around that time. And we still see them on occasion, but way less than they were in the past. I have heard that even though the bill was passed they really didn't have a way to enforce it.
Back a few years ago when the regular airforce was doing it, I read that they pick guys without any family or friends and just keep rotating them through the system so they can't make friends anywhere. But they are paid double or more than what the regular guys get.
I hope with the closing down of USAID it will dry up the money financing this nonsense. I email my congressman and Senator fairly often. But if it continues I will take more action.
No way to enforce it sounds like don't look and you won't know. Legislators who sponsored the bill should have known there would be noncompliance. Liens on the aircraft, audits on the companies, somebody just wasn't interested enough. Maybe that changes in the not too distant future.

For the record I agree with having laws to restrict weather modification. I just think the "chemtrail" narrative has been heavily polluted with DS disinfo. Contrails are a natural phenomenon. Not every white line in the sky is weather modification.
Of course it is. Chem trails have slowed since the election, but NOT stopped. Maybe killing USAID will help. I'll be watching.

I saw chemtrails yesterday and wondered why if it was just steam it made long white solid lines that stayed for more than 20 minutes.
An actual vapor trail is no longer than a few plane lengths, and disappears as you watch it. Let's hope their chem trail funding has stopped.
