I know a few white liberals who are staunch anti-Trump liberals mainly because they had relatives who were "racist republicans." there's a liberal i knew where he told me in the 80s his dad was a racist republican who said he couldnt ever marry a black girl and that he threatened to shoot his own son when he was playing michael jackson music in the house. to this day this guy is a staunch, anti-white, self hating liberal who watches CNN and MSNBC to this day.
my question is is this shit actually true? what kind of republicans are these? surely theyre not MAGA era republicans. and how many liberals out there are liberals just to spite their own republican parents traumatizing them?
Does it matter?? Blacks cause a lot of unnecessary problems. I'm fine with anyone being racist to anyone they choose. That's why they make vanilla and chocolate. We all don't like the same flavors. I personally prefer my own kind. Does that mean I wish death on everyone who doesn't look like me? Of course not. I appreciate all cultures but it doesn't mean I want them next door to me.
Tell them to grow up and stop framing their entire worldview on their daddy issues.
Ask them why they're using the unique example of their daddy to define half the population. Then ask if we should do the same with trans terrorists.
I still laugh at the hilarious terms my grandfather used, but even he would have been nothing but respectful in person, at least initially.
Their perspective was colored by their experience, and I'm beginning to think maybe they were just guilty of "noticing" back then.
exactly^ my dad was a noticer, and very blunt. think this world was a lot for him. and he Never worried about offending anyone, especially my mom; called her 'fatty, fatty 2x4' if she had a big dinner! she was tiny;)
they're nutritionally deficient, low i.q., easily led freeloaders. they have no clue that the media is controlled by China, big pharma, and the MIC. Celebrity lovers, blind to God, no big loss, avoid and do not assist anyone in that state of mind.
this x 1000
they're tares, full of empty headed pride & arrogance.
The difference between saying something and feeling something is different. A person can call all kinds of names to every race, tells his kids not to marry another race, but if a black kid ever needed help in front of his doorstep or some scenarios like that, I bet that guy would still help. It's one thing to say shit and stereotype and another to be a cruel person.
I notice that's the difference between democrats and republicans. Republicans say mean stuff like mean tweets, sure, but their hearts are on the right side. Democrats shouted their kindness from the rooftop but inside they are psychopath and cruel. They're Passive aggressive, i.e they support "save the tranny" and support killing babies at the same time.
They want to be victims so they will rewrite history to suit their narratives. I've seen it with Gen Z where I watched them grow up but as adults they are telling tales of material deprivation. It's a strange and frightening phenomenon.
He'd be the first person to give a 'colored' the shirt off his back I bet. That's just how they talk but races were getting along before Obama. Small town libs get triggered increasingly with reddit telling them to.
This. Liberals just nitpick every thing to suit their narratives and have no sense of humor.
It was a different time back then. I was told the same kinds of things by my father, my mother, and grandparents on BOTH sides of my family. And my family are LONG TIME residents of America. I have lineage that goes back to BEFORE the Revolution. I have members of my family in both sides that have fought in every major US conflict since the French-Indian War. I also have members on my dad's side that fought on both sides during the (un)Civil War.
However, the MOST racist of my family members have ALWAYS been staunch Democrats. I was the first person in my family to ever register as a Republican, but because of Carter's fiasco, my parents and grandparents on my mom's side voted for Reagan twice and Poppy Bush, but then voted for Clinton both times. My parents quit voting Democrat after Clinton, but outside of them, my brother, and myself, the rest of my family have voted Dem for as long as anyone can remember.
It's been my experience that MOST, if not ALL people are inherently racist to some varying degree. It comes with the territory of being human and the human condition of being distrustful of anything that doesn't look, smell, or act quite like they do. It's what has helped us flourish as a species since day one. No one is "color blind," as people these days like to say. It all boils down to how much someone is willing to accept of another human. It's not wrong to be distrustful and skeptical of other people. This is also the reason why stereotypes exist.
The different races act differently from one another. Some of it has to do with culture differences. Some of it has to do with environmental factors like geography, and some of it has to with the individuals themselves and what their personal preferences are regarding acceptance.
And there isn't anything wrong with that way of thinking, until a group of people decide to try to enforce any way of thinking on the other groups, or try to relegate the other groups to some form of sub-humanism, or attempt a genocide solely based on "racial" differences.
All that said, the MOST RACSIT INDIVIDUALS I'VE EVER MET HAVE BEEN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM, NO MATTER THEIR COLOR, RACE, CREED, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, ETC.
The biggest racist I ever met were Democrats
