On the declassification issue, the FBI Directory can only declassify information within the FBI Silo. If an investigation overlaps with another siloed agency, it would have to be declassified by all agency heads, or the president.
The only way to insure the presidents wishes for declassification were followed is if the president himself took possession of the documents, and he himself physically handed copied over to the press, media to release to public including full release to Internet.
I am assuming thats where Tulsi comes in - as head of all 17 intel agencies.

I sure hope this Epstein list stuff doesn't turn into one of those "we can't disclose anything about ongoing investigations" stone-walling things. I mean, they can't just release the Epstein client list, Lolita Express flight logs, & Epstein island visitors list without launching immediate investigations into ALL of the Epstein-involved pederasses too, since they already know who those criminals are (many of which are current govt. officials too).
We can now take the “ Shutting down the FBI (J. Edgar) Hooover building on day one…” as being a figure-of-speech? 🫤
