They were going to travel by an USAF plane. They were virtually on the tarmac and President Trump would not sign the fuel authorisation because they were suppose to be passing the Budget and he denied them the plane. See if Patriots can connect the dots! Can Patriots also called “exercise” caused a stir when helicopters descended on a major st. in downtown LA? One landed on the roof, while a group hovered overhead and another 3 landed - one blocking off the street and the other 2 dropping Special Forces off who went into the building? Then a black hawk appeared and landed and the OPs moved quickly back to the black hawks? It took off and another black hawk that was hovering in the distance replaced the first and the procedure was repeated. They were in and out in a matter of minutes. Think about it. Right before Christmas on December 22, 2018, Nancy & the Dems forced Congress into a shut down. They had been unreasonable and would not negotiate with the Republicans in good faith. It's as though they already made vacation plans and were ready to begin their winter holiday.
President Trump declared that he was staying at the White House over the Christmas holiday and would not leave until the shutdown was resolved. He and VP Pence were photographed working diligently at the White House every day during the holiday.
Soon, many members of Congress (Dems only) were posting selfies of themselves in swim attire partying as a group at beachside resorts, drinking margaritas, etc., happily enjoying the shutdown while over 800,000 government workers were going without a paycheck at Christmastime.
Meanwhile, President Trump was awaiting permission from Nancy, as Speaker of the House to 'grant him permission' to use the House Chambers for his State of the Union address as is custom. But she would not book a date for him, citing 'Security Concerns' which made no sense. Never before had a Speaker of the House refused a President a date to book. His first choice for dates was Tuesday, 01/22/19, following the MLK holiday, but she would not grant it.
To Trump's dismay, the shutdown continued into January eventually becoming the longest shutdown in US history.
In mid-January approaching the 2019 MLK weekend, these noteworthy things happened:
01/16/19, Donna Brazile, the interim chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, tweeted this strange statement, "Madam Speaker today, Madam President by Monday. What a beautiful way to start the MLK Holiday".
Within a few hours, Donna amended the tweet to say, "Madam President shortly thereafter..."
What did she mean by this? The only way Nancy Pelosi could be Madam President would be if both Pres. Trump and VP Pence were both dead or incapacitated.
01/16/19, Nancy Pelosi delivers to Pres. Trump a letter denying him the House Chambers and suggesting that he should just deliver his state of the Union Address in writing to Congress on Jan 29th rather than hosting an actual live address, citing again the shutdown and Security concerns.
This was insulting and a petty power play on her part.
01/17/19, the President who was still working at the White House sees numerous rolling carts full of luggage awaiting loading into an Air Force chartered bus and inquires as to what is going on. He is told that it is Nancy Pelosi's luggage as she is getting ready to embark on a ready and waiting Air Force jet to travel to Brussels, Afghanistan and Egypt for a 2-week 'diplomatic mission'. He was puzzled as to why she was traveling there as he had not given her instructions to meet with anyone there nor had she asked for permission to do so. Was this a Logan Act crime?
He then learns that not only Nancy is going, but her husband, children and grandchildren along with key assistants, DNC leaders and Congressmen, including Adam Schiff. All would be gone for two weeks. The total number of passengers being taken at taxpayer expense with an Air Force jet at their beck and call was 93 people.
Pres. Trump told the Air Force jet that it was grounded and did not have his permission to leave. Trump penned his own letter to Nancy informing her that her trip was cancelled. And, that considering it was her that forced the shutdown, it would be seen negatively by the 800,000 out-of-work staffers and the general public that she was using Air Force jets and taxpayer money to go on such a clearly planned, extended, get-out-of-the -U.S. flight to specific and curious locations.
He then told her if she wanted, she could travel by commercial jet at her own expense if she still wanted to travel.
Nancy and her 92 family and friends, were already packed in several chartered Air Force deluxe transport buses ready to be whisked to the jet, but were being told that the trip was cancelled.
The huge chartered buses circled the Capitol Grounds for quite a while and would not stop and allow anyone to disembark. After an hour or more, they finally returned to the White House and all left the area.
Later in the day, it was reported that the FBI had arrested a young terrorist-wannabee Muslim man they had been working with clandestinely in a 'sting' of sorts to catch him in a plot to obtain an anti-tank rocket to blow up the White House over MLK weekend, killing the Pres & VP. His plans included shooting the rocket into the White House and then going inside and killing everyone. He had driven from GA and had planned to first hit the White House and several other important locations over the long holiday weekend, including destroying the Statue of Liberty.

Hasher Jallal Taheb, 23, of Cumming, Georgia, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for attempting an attack upon the White House. Taheb also planned attacks on the Statue of Liberty, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, and a synagogue.
“Taheb planned to conduct a terrorist attack on the White House as part of what he claimed was his obligation to engage in jihad,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers. “And that was just one of the iconic American landmarks he wanted to target. Thanks to a tip from a member of the community and the work of the agents, analysts, and prosecutors responsible for this case, the threat posed by the defendant was neutralized and the defendant has now been sentenced for his planned terrorist attack.”
“Because of a tip from the public, the FBI Atlanta Joint Terrorism Task Force and our law enforcement partners began a year-long investigation that resulted in Taheb's arrest and potentially saved many lives,” said Chris Hacker, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. “The phrase 'If you see something, say something' may seem trite, but our citizens are our eyes and ears in our communities, one of our most important weapons in fighting terrorism, and this case exemplifies that.”
During undercover meetings with Taheb in January 2019, Taheb produced sketches of the White House and described the types of weapons and explosives he intended to use in the attacks, including semi-automatic weapons, improvised explosive devices, an anti-tank weapon, and hand grenades. What was astounding was the details that was reported.
The Military never ever do exercises in built-up areas. Too many risks to the public. They have areas - off limits to the public - where they train. They do not need to go anywhere near cities as these scenarios are covered in the urban training areas in the desert.
They breached secured areas using real incendiaries.
The crews used special stretchers to place the bombs in and those involved, were dressed in the appropriate clothing for the biological extraction.
Each helicopter after the extraction - left in different directions. I saw another video - now removed - of a helicopter being sprayed down after the biological removal.
You noted that on Feb 5, 2019, helicopters were doing 'training exercises' in downtown LA and appeared to be perhaps taking a potential biological weapon and removing it to safety?
