I read long write up years ago on how this was a grift specific to Warren. She garnered enough power over the years to get away with setting this up. What was going on was she was blackmailing certain banking institutions with compliance reviews and perhaps losing their license unless they paid her money. I don't remember whether it was framed as "insurance" or what, but they all got hit to some degree. Of course no one knows where all the funds went. I am hoping that DOGE tracks this to her personal account along with the rest of the grifters.

In theory maybe, in reality not so much. An Oligopoly leaves consumers with little choice. If fees start going back up and surcharges start creeping in, the Consumers just lost the only thing standing between them and unbridled GREED.
Maybe a better approach is to break up the big financial institutions.
An excellent starting point. The Banks in Canada are giving away capital to the flood of Immigrants. They are enabling our replacement. They all need to go asap. A capital pool as a portion of the new Tariffs collected should go to long standing Americans to reinvest in American small and medium sized businesses. A.I & Quantum Computers can help design the best systems to rejuvenate the Nation and its good people.

It depends who makes the regulation. If there were no regulations people could go and cut down every tree in the National Parks. Trust me with all the 3rd Worlds streaming into our Nations. Nothing is sacred if you can make a few quick dollars when nobody is looking. I'd be very careful about spouting no regulations.
