I love President Trump, but I don't give a flying fuck about Pete Rose, or any other sports ball players. I never have. Never will.
Love or hate baseball, Pete Rose should be recognized for his accomplishments.
I like sports, have zero interest in the commercialization of them, especially North American games it was really jarring moving here and going to sporting events and the guys on the field or on the ice are sticking fingers up their arses waiting for the adverts on TV to end to play.
It's not a sport it's a TV show. They're not athletes, they're actors. It just kills the whole experience.
You might not and I respect that but sports like football and baseball are apart of the American culture and identity. We have to take them back from woke which has been happening slowly.
NBA is forever cooked unless they pull a 180 on culture and allow defense again.
NBA should raise the basket height. In the 40s, the average height of a player was 6'2", and today it is 6'7". The basket is still 10 feet.. Raise the basket a foot to compensate. (I know people will say "boring," but I think it would make the game more interesting.)
