Why are the Left the warhawks in this situation? Seems to me they should be the party of peace and be yearning for a sit down with all parties involved. Yet all they care about is to keep trying to toss gasoline on this bonfire. Why??? Shouldn't they have had people in front of the White House with signs saying "PEACE, NOT WAR". After watching this clip I must say I'm impressed with Rubio. He's tough on his stance and didn't want to back down against the idiot news dude. Maybe he will be a great Foreign Secretary, (after I had my doubts). So far, so good. I wish he could have crawled through the television and beat the piss out of the idiot news presenter, though.

The Democrats were never short of warhawks, especially when the issue was cast in moralistic terms. (Don't misunderstand me to be saying the Republicans have been blameless in recent decades.)
