Even if he's exaggerating, it's with intent to convince people the economy is improving. People believe that and they start spending -- just the belief the economy is improving is enough to improve the economy.

I don't know what the game is here, but there is NO WAY they will "pour" $100 billion into anything.

They have $6 billion in assets, about half of that cash, and they have business expenses and liabilities against even that.
