Heartless Dirtbags Indeed. There were very very touching moments that went way beyond politics, but those nasty DemonRats could not bring themselves to clap and be positive for any of those young people.
Actually worse - they USED their hands to hold up those awful auction-bidding style signs with lame phrases (e.g., "FALSE" and "MUSK STEALS") printed on them throughout Pres. Trump's whole speech. So disrespectful and childish. :-(
You stop and think about it: hugging is what family members do, whether blood-related or in acquaintanceship. The "we are family" feeling has long been missing in public life, where virtue consists of "fighting." Thank God, it seems to be the undertide of the MAGA movement.
Great point. I've definitely noticed that at Trump rallies too. Attendees are so joyous and friendly - there's just 'love in the air' around the entire venue, like you're visiting a "love bubble"! I've always met the nicest people whenever I've been at Trump rallies. We are MAGA family!
Me too! That honorary Secret Service Agent award meant so much to that young man. He just leapt at that Sean and hugged him for the longest time. It was very touching.
That hug was a waterworks trigger for me - not just from the wonderful gesture and joy beaming from DJ's face, but how kind Sean Curran was to him and the endearing look on Curran's face during that special moment too. Big fan of Curran for many years and now I only love him MORE. :-)
Absolutely! The way he accepted that kid's hug, and hugged him back with a long hug, told me he really does care. It was a beautiful moment in many many ways.
I got choked up even more when DJ reached over and gave Sean Curran a big (and unexpected) hug. That was actually my fave moment of the evening.
For me it was the high five he went up and gave the son of the slain officer who Trump welcomed to West Point
Dang, tough call between those two - might need to re-watch and possibly reconsider. :-)
On second thought I think you're right, that hug was it
LOL - yeah, I think I'm gonna stick with the DJ/Curran moment. That's when the tears started for me.
And still the dbag Democrats sat on their hands. Literally heartless.

Satan and his minions only rejoice when there is evil being done.

Indeed!
