That’s part of the reason why some things that tie back to foreign heads of state will remain classified (not all).

So they are not going to name Israel?
We have to be careful, exposing some might really good people that only once or twice not knowing what they were walking into, so they could be blackmailed. Also I would hope they would redact the victims names.
