There was never a Biden in the Presidency.
The actor that played Biden was put there to act demented to show how corrupt the Dems are.
Trump's challenge that Biden had more to fear from the 25th than he did effectively froze any desire they may have had to take Biden out and install Kamala. It kept Biden in place to continue making them all look like fools, and revealing all the sinister plans of the cabal that had been hidden.
So, all those Day One EOs were not actual EOs? It would be plausible, given the "I don't know what I'm signing" comments FJB made as he scribbled his name on.... whatever those were.
