The right to peaceably assemble. Key word being peaceably. Once it became threatening or violent, that right no longer exists. This goes for everyone, including U.S. citizens. Arrests should happen immediately.

A threat of violence is sufficient for a charge of "assault." Refusing to disperse when requested is de facto trespass.
