President Trump Signs EO That He Will IGNORE All Lower Court Rulings Until SCOTUS Rules on the Constitutionality of Activist Jud...
Far left activist judges are a Constitutional crisis. Check out this partial list of the lawfare lawsuits the leftwing destroyers have filed.....
Please provide evidence that such an EO was signed by president.
I believe this is fake news, at least as worded because I can find no such cooberating source for this.
Nearest thing I can find from Mar 11th is:
MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES
Subject: Ensuring the Enforcement of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c)
NmGlad you researched Fren :)
Fake news. He signed no such order. Why is wishful thinking being reported as fact by this reporter?
signs = present tense. No such thing.
The closest one could come to something akin is this one: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/03/ensuring-the-enforcement-of-federal-rule-of-civil-procedure-65c/
This is based on: Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c) (Rule 65(c))
One could wonder why in these past weeks, certain organizations being slapped with injunctions to thwart the MAGA-agenda, have not yet resorted tot his rule .....
i.e. nation wide ban on extraditing illegals => please post your bond in the amount of 500 billion dollars.=> the end.
OR ...
it could becomes a matter of litigation itself ... I dunno. But if they can slap 500 million bond on Trump to appeal an unjust decision, negotiated down to 150 million, then they also can use this to slap these frivolous dem-organisation with a half a trillion.
"But if they can slap 500 million bond on Trump to appeal an unjust decision, negotiated down to 150 million, then they also can use this to slap these frivolous dem-organisation with a half a trillion."
...excellent addendum, nicely stated and framed...
...carry on Skipper...
This is the way.
"This is the way."
...logical...
He didn't actually sign an EO like this, but methinks he should.
They want a crisis, PDJT should give them one.
This is quite a Rubicon to cross. It’s not often a President so directly challenges the Judiciary. Very interesting development, especially if the court rules in his favor, that’ll have long term effects echoing far beyond our lifetimes
It's not often they challenge the president every single day either.
If SCOTUS follows the constitution our President will stand in the office as he should making decisions for our country! If they rule against him we are in trouble and I don’t trust Amy , Robert’s and of course the lib ding a lings !! I don’t understand why the AG isn’t talking indictments/ impeachment of these fkn nutjob horrors on the bench ! Wouldn’t that be her job ? Perhaps I’m wrong
