It’s JFK jr, Biden wasn’t a Senator until 1973 when he was sworn in. The image clearly shows “John F Kennedy Jr.”
Also the document is dated Sept 1994.
Question is: why is it included in the JFK assassination files.

Do you have a copy of the actual letter, not just what was released in the JFK files? If so, I would love to see it. I have serious questions about what traitorous crimes were committed by Biden between ‘73 and ‘94.
