Someone should tell the feds that false flags don't work when they are this obvious.
The fact that the CIA is now down to conducting false flags on their own property may be a sign that the noose is indeed tightening. i.e. it wasn't a school shooting killing innocent kids.
It's likely a CIA stooge going postal - to steal a term from another department in the US government.

Law enforcement units have swarmed the area surrounding CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, after a man approached the main gate and began making threats and then shots were fired according to the Daily Express.
ABC first reported the man was making threats at the gate prompting an immediate law enforcement response.
Fairfax County has posted about a related road closure, calling the situation a 'barricade incident". The county Special Operations Division has units on the scene.
