Article III, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution's "Good Behavior Clause" ensures the independence of the judiciary by stating that federal judges hold their offices "during good Behaviour," meaning they have lifetime tenure, subject only to removal by impeachment and conviction for "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors".
I saw that referenced recently and I can't figure out why "Good Behaviour" automatically grants lifetime tenure.
What if they conduct themselves with Bad Behavior?
Maybe back in the day the just couldn't fathom a judge acting inappropriately with bad behavior. They likely didn't for many years, or at least it was hidden from the public.
Now, in today's day and age, it is nearly impossible for anyone to hide their bad behavior.
As a pure hypothetical, if John Roberts actually visited Little St James with the crew, wouldn't that be considered worse than bad behavior?
Maybe that's why judges have determined that the language of "Good Behavior" guarantees lifetime tenure so they never have to be held accountable for any bad behaviour.
I don't think the issue has ever been litigated properly.
Boasberg is quite literally putting international terrorists' best interests ahead of We The People.

With the turmoil and impeachments of the 2016 Trump Presidency; the 2020 stealing of the presidency by machines switching votes, illegals voting, and multiple counting of ballots; and now the 2024 judicial system or lawyers interfering once again in the Presidency, DJT deserves three more terms!
