Tracked down the source of that to what appears to be an official KFC youtube channel. KFC UKI means KFC UK and Ireland.

Sure, there are others- Canes is great for sure - we mainly go to Golden Chick here in central TX - but thanks to these commercials I’ve got to get me some extra-crispy KFC this week! 8 piece bucket with coleslaw I can’t out of my head now. Probably wouldn’t have gotten the chance to see these works of artistic comedy gold without this post. Love this place!

KFC has been going downhill for decades. The chicken has been getting smaller and smaller, and there's hardly anything to it. Makes you wonder what's under all that breading.

And it’s not just the commercials though, not even just the commercials and the finger licking good chicken… it’s all of it including the coleslaw and even those glorious rolls with honey and butter.

That was excellent - seriously... there is nothing "satanic" about this - its an artsy take using ritualistic tones to convey an obviously overblown take and a comical "believe in chicken" message... I'm probably going to get some KFC soon.
