now let's see how far apartment complexes will allow the illegals to get late on their rent... and whether local authorities will enforce eviction notices.
All in all there ought to be a lot of people riding south this summer and flying back to Afghanistan and Ukraine.
In many places, evictions take a long time. Now that the illegals have squatter rights (remember that news cycle), hope the landlords enjoy the eviction process.
America first should mean American taxpayers first... we have plenty of our own leeches to rip off. If you're getting housing funds, you have an unimaginable sense of entitlement. You'll never take personal responsibility and care for your life. We don't care what happens to you and it's not our job.
Obviously the illegals (and most, if not all legals) are rapidly being deported. Hopefully the leeches can join them.
It’s a circular scam, import turd world leeches, house them, steal taxes to pay for it because “human rights”, inflate rents due to lack of supply, steal more taxes, rinse and repeat.
This scam has been going on for decades by “socialist” civil servants, who make up a large number of small to mid size landlords.
They arrange a rental agreement with a fellow civil servant and use this to buy a property.
Corruption is what keeps the scam going, not human rights or empathy.
No public servant should be allowed to rent subsidised housing, if they do they should be audited and or arrested for fraud.
Low income housing is a trap. They keep the income threshold for your household at a level where you are only just barely able to pay the rent and scrape by and not have anything left to save or spend on yourself basically. So you can't do anything while you're there to try and lift yourself up. I mean I tried you can go to school and stuff while you're there but your neighbors are going to harass you fucking constantly because your neighbors are crackheads and criminals. It's really not a safe environment that is conducive to learning or growing as a person it's basically where you go when you give up on life or you just don't give a shit and you want to do drugs and live on child support and try to drag down the people who are trying to elevate themselves above living in low-income housing. Not to mention, pretty much every low income property management company I've ever fucking seen has been an absolute piece of shit slumlord dumpster fire of an organization. They mismanage the hell out of all of their properties generally speaking and every time you put a low income apartment complex into a neighborhood, it pretty much always turns into a blighted property and a blight on the neighborhood because most of these landlords don't do shit to ensure that their properties are safe and that the common areas are safe
Whoever is managing those complexes need to go. The one 'project' low-income housing in my area is managed and run pretty well, from what I observe. The rental contract/lease looks like a textbook and there are very strict limits on visitors, what 'maintenance' or decoration you can do (cannot even change light bulbs in their own unit - must call building maintenance), what can/cannot be stored outside of your unit (kids toys, etc), and the like. Another good move, the main office of the Section 8 division is actually placed in the center of this complex, so it's not a complex that is just ignored and left to its own devices. Non-resident workers and applicants must drive into the complex and park at their office. Lots of police presence/drive by, lots of unit inspections, lots of cameras, etc. And lots of evictions going through court because of contract violations. This is a really small town, though, and we only have 2 public housing complexes, I've described the larger one. Size of town probably helps a lot.
Just look up guardian property Management. Just look at them. They're based out of Portland and their specialty is basically being slumlords who take over a property and collect rent and do absolutely nothing else.
Spot on, as many have said above this is not voluntary; it is a planned operation to continue the cycle. Warfare has changed dramatically but that's what it is.
So happy to hear this, so many American Citizens on waiting lists that need housing. My son rented a room in a house from an older Mexican lady. She rent out multiple rooms/spaces, charged to feed or make lunches, which is fine. We find out later from the landlord when he went back to visit that she wasn’t suppose to be subletting and was receiving housing, food assistance… and fled back to Mexico.
Any state that gives taxpayer funds to illegal aliens loses all federal dollars. If they want to pay illegal aliens, let them do it with their own taxpayers' money, not the rest of the country.
They have been doing that in all the blue states. WA, I moved away from there. A most beautiful new hotel when I went back for a visit to my family 2 years ago has been used to house the illegals.
Neat... But, who will receive those funds now? Because they're not going to give the money back to the US taxpayer...So... it has to go somewhere, right?

I'd like to see the apartment seized and used to pay back the stole USAID funds
Don't want to take a Greyhound bus south is what you are saying?
I bet they do not treat the apartments nice, will take massive amounts to fix them back to living conditions
AFTER the massive amount of court fees to remove the squatter.
Let's see those complexes try to get repair money after these angry people move out.

There shouldn't be any housing funds at all
America first should mean American taxpayers first... we have plenty of our own leeches to rip off. If you're getting housing funds, you have an unimaginable sense of entitlement. 100%, but I'd add:
It's not just the turd worlders who are leeches, though all of them are. Plenty of alleged Americans are too.
There should also be no civil servants, to be honest.
Deport the lot.
I second that. The moment they started supporting single moms and divorcees, divorces went through the roof, another racket.
Welfare was intended for genuine cases, now it’s a way of life for lazy over privileged assholes.
Civil servants enable and encourage this behaviour.
Welp, now they'll be welcome in deportation camps El Salvador. Or Greenland. Or Africa. Or Guantanamo

Like lbj said he would do …keep ‘em down on the plantation.
Leeches can be fed to gators. We want some fat gators. Howls.
Damn right. Honestly I'd like to see whole aligator pools built specifically for it
LOL. Amen.
I don’t think the government should be involved in “charity” whatsoever. Taking money from one citizen to give to another is not charity.
Charity is done voluntarily.
Taking money from one to help others is communism.
Spot on, as many have said above this is not voluntary; it is a planned operation to continue the cycle. Warfare has changed dramatically but that's what it is.
And the ACLU just entered the chat!🤯🤬
Evil face. LOL
But, but, we need to think of the children, they have human rights, the right to live off your taxes, the right to not work while you do.
They need that new smartphone and 75” tv.
Why are we so mean, just pay your taxes and leave the corruption to the professionals.
This is massive. Just removed a huge incentive for them to come at all.
Those money could have helped lots of people in NC

Nice to hear. Back to being law and order.
They need to do one better...

2 months late.
Many years late, you mean.
I get it, but I would not have expected it at any point except the first or second day of Trump 47's administration.
LOL

Coming back to you soon.
We've been told, and I do hope so. But, I'm not holding my breath.
Me neither but I have more hope now than a long time ago.
