For DS to think that is massively hilarious, and to a degree they really did believe it, just like some did with telegram. Which is why Signal is going to have to declass communications, and you will find almost every orchestration of terror against the citizens of not only our nation, but others was on apps like this.
Also, remember when DoD released a bunch of "unused" IP addresses? They likely owned and monitored the traffic the DS and it's perps were communicating on and transferred ownership to the WH!
