I mean, heck, we do NOT even know what was in THAT folder, and I haven't seen any plausible theory explaining what was. All we had at that time was extremely broad speculation.
We had a lot of hopium and no substance, beyond a belief that it was important because the way he held it up to the camera.

The only thing I can think it means is it's the folder for Pelosi et al's indictments. But still, there's a lot of context missing.
I figure, there is enough willingness to speculate, imaginatively hypothesize, and muse out there, so me taking a devil's avocado position ain't going to shut nothing down.
