Tesla insures its own cars, but only in a few states. Other state insurances will actually bring more light on this domestic terrorism problem if they openly declare victims of terrorism are also victimized by the insurance industry. That would not only bring down harder crackdowns on the terrorists themselves, but also much more scrutiny - and hopefully legislative action - against corrupt insurance industries. The insurance industry is already trying to keep a low profile after mario's brother focused attention of the medical industry with almost unanimous public support for change, even from people who absolutely abhor the messenger's method itself you just don't hear anyone defending their death-for-money business model and absolutely do support systemic insurance changes.

Worth mentioning that the insurance reimbursement received by Tesla or whomever owns the Brand New Tesla makes this a non issue for non retards
