"Lack of Standing": Federal Court in Georgia Rules That Voters Have a Right to Cast a Vote, But Not To Ensure It Is Accurately C...
A recent federal court ruling in Georgia has sparked significant debate, affirming voters' right to cast ballots while controversially denying their right to ensure accurate counting. This decision raises critical questions about electoral integrity and vo...
The judges are void of judgement.
This makes me very angry. 😡
Maybe we should go back to Committees of Vigilance. A good history lesson.
So this is the heart of the matter. Transparency in our elections. We should be able to see how our vote was recorded otherwise it's a pure trust system and we don't trust the government.
America must have a system where we can verify the voting results without that fraud and cheating will be rampant.
How Convenient.
So .... when does one have standing? Federal Elections have a prerequisite of being a US citizen and a citizens of the state they reside in. That bestows standing to participate and having a lawful vote that is supposed to be counted.
Then, when the state in contravention of the law, decides to play shenanigangs, voters, who have a vested interest in the process and the outcome, lack standing to sue?
Can a citizen sue a company contracted by their own state government? Are they party to that contract? I would say: no.
So, I comprehend that fact. Whether that should take this amount of time to make this clear?
And then, does the secretary of state have a fiduciary obligation towards the voters? I think not. But the SOc does have a fiduciary obligation towards the State, and it is incumbent upon him/her to demonstrate the process is on the up and up. Failing to do so, should result in voidance of the outcome, as certification cannot happen.
The whole standing issue is a catch 22 . You can't file a complaint of election abuse before the election because said election hasn't happened and you can't file after because it's already been done.
I could not have said it better.
What is the fall back when both virtue and legal fails ....?
The third box??
and the fourth, that usually is a logical consequence of the third ...:-)
All these judges who are countermanding Trump's instructions, do they have standing? What is it to them if terrorists are deported?
What a bunch of fucking idiots.
This is unconstitutional because the vote belongs to us. We elect them and have a right to know and make sure that it is correct. UNCONSTITUTIONAL
Several ways this can end up working out if Justice is no longer an option.
The best description of "standing " I've heard
As long as you get to vote, don't worry if they count it or not. Such brilliant minds, these judges are (NOT).
When they replace judges with incompetent idiot's?
