I just want to give a big thank you to John. After he posted his father in law’s results with arthrosclerosis, I did a month of therapy in November and then I repeated the therapy in March.
I did 2000 mg of lysine at 10 AM. 2000 mg of vitamin C at noon then I had a five hour eating period from 3 PM to 8 PM. Then followed by 2000 mg of lysine at 10 PM and 2000 mg of vitamin C at 11 PM. I was very strict about it being on an empty stomach and I barely missed any doses. I have 1-2 cup of water with each dose.
I think I’ve always avoided vitamin C because of kidney stones but now I realize I was really deficient in vitamin C.
I had an 85% blockage in my superior mesenteric artery and I just had my appointment today. The doctor said it’s 60% now, so that is a 25% improvement. A little part of me wanted it to be 100% open, but a 25% improvement is really big. I didn’t have a lot of discomfort after eating, but I can tell I’m more comfortable now after eating a big meal and I don’t have as much loose stools as I used to suffer with.
So I just wanted to say thank you to John and I couldn’t have done it without his advice. I also want say thank you to this community. You guys are so important to me. I love how we share information and lift each other up mentally, spiritually, and in health.
One question I have for John is how much do I take on a daily basis and how often should I repeat the treatment dose of 4000 mg of vitamin C and 4000my of lysine?
Yes you are correct u/LindyLee Linus Pauling did recommend extremely high doses. The problem is that doses of vitamin C that high can be very disruptive to peoples digestion.
I came up with the revised therapy I talked about in those posts after doing research and learning that vitamin C competes with carbohydrates and lysine competes with protein.
to my knowledge, Linus polling never mentioned food competition.
I then developed a protocol for my father-in-law based on Linus Paulings's research and my own and it worked wonders for my father-in-law and from what I can tell at least two dozen people here on GAW. And several of those two dozen said they got their family members on it with positive results.
I really hope those who did not see results will not give up, but rather double down and increase their dosages as well as adding, at a bare minimum, 500 mg of proline (x2 daily) to the vitamin C and lysine.

You can take the 2000 mg vitamin C, 2000 mg lysine, and 500 mg proline altogether in the morning on an empty stomach. Try to wait at least 3 hours. Eat whatever you want throughout the day. Then wait at least three hours of no food/drink consumption besides water until your nightly dose before you go to bed.
You can up the dowse too obviously. You could quite safely double it. 👆🏽 all that inconvenience pails in comparison to the inconvenience of having to get bypass surgery and it is absolutely worth a try. If the right conditions are being met, you could literally see results in two weeks, as my father-in-law did the second time he was faced with needing heart stents.

I am so grateful to you, it has made a huge difference in how I feel. Also lowered my cholesterol, I still have high Lp (a) but thanks to this therapy I hope to conquer that problem. I go in for a Calcium scoring test at the end of the month. I follow your food competition protocol as it makes sense and is easy to do. I am also doing the intermittent fasting. You are helping more people than you know. So appreciated.

Doesn't the proline compete with Lysine?
Also, another question. If you are a time traveler then your father in law must live in the future then? Has he been born yet in our timeline?
The competition between proline and lysine is not significant enough to block either.
I'm not the original John Titor. My father-in-law is alive and well.
What does the proline do? I thought just Lysine was enough. Does proline do something similar or does it aid the process in a different way?
Every now & then I do a bout of Vit C + Lysine (I take them both simultaneously -2 grams of both, & bump them up every few hours till I'm done fasting) Then I have tons of yogurt &rice & things to get my stomach gut back up
Proline was something Linus polling added to the vitamin C lysine protocol a bit later on.
Here's some more information, but to sum it up for you, both lysing and proline work to dissolve deposits in the arteries. Lysine is the big one, but proline works from a slightly different angle of attack so to speak.
It's not necessary for results, but definitely worth adding if someone's not getting the results they wanted.
