This is an excellent book. And Johnny Bowden is able to communicate in a very understandable way for lay persons. I just gave a copy of this book to my older sister who is having bad side effects from Repatha. Her cholesterol (LDL) is too low and she was also on atorvastatin. Her doctor told her "your cholesterol can't be too low" which is either ignorance or a lie. Thankfully she stopped both statins and the Repatha.
We have familial hypercholesteremia. HDL and LDL can be further broken down, and in our case we have elevated Lp(a) which is very bad for laying down plaque. I was able to lower my overall cholesterol and Lp(a) with the Lysine and Vitamin C regimen for plaque removal as discussed on this platform. Also take olive leaf capsules, plant sterols and citrus bergamot, also a keto plan diet, low to no sugar, lots of veggies and meat, eggs, fish, avocadoes and nuts. High cholesterol in normal people is not the problem, it is inflammation from sugar and other pollutants. I just had a calcium scan done and am awaiting the results. Fingers crossed that there is low to no plaque in my arteries.
I think things are going so much better this administration, i have hope again that the country can be turned around. People need to think about how long the deep state has been operating with impunity and think again how hard to pry them out of their "cozy" place. First have to find them, expose them and then legally get them gone. This isn't going to happen in a day. It is a huge undertaking and I pray for our POTUS every single day.
What if it is the "Real ID" to prove you are a citizen and therefore deserving of becoming a beneficiary? I say bring it on in that case. I will never get a "mark" on my forehead or hand, or is that only an allegory and we all have already been "marked" by allowing all of our information "DNA" to be plundered?
I had to get a "Real ID" drivers license after moving from CA to TN over 5 years ago. It was a bit of a hassle, I had to show up 3 different times with different documentation, but then it was forget about it. Now have a "Star" on my license.
I would say a lot worse than that has been going on, really stretch your imagination. I'm talking really disgusting, gross projects that have created hybrid monsters in the name of "science". Do you believe in Lizard aliens? How about Hybrids? There is much being hidden in this world and it is not for the weak of stomach.
I am loving this opportunity to add more DJT to my portfolio. I purchased some of this stock when it was DWAC with no expectations of it becoming a wealth maker, just wanted to support our President. Now I have been adding the stock whenever I can and am waiting patiently for the stock to take off. Only wish I had more disposable income so I could invest more and more.

One thing I might mention is Linus Pauling recommends taking 6-18,000mg Vit C and 5-6000mg of Lysine. Proline 250-2000mg, CoQ10 100-300mg, Magnesium 150-1500mg for therapeutic levels.
And Vit C 3-10,000mg and Lysine 2-4000mg for Preventive.
I am doing therapeutic doses right now and will go on preventive after a month. Perhaps if you increased your doses you may have gotten more improvement? I cannot thank John enough for bringing this protocol to my attention, it has been a lifesaver literally.
What is the root of this heinous problem? It starts in the womb by not valuing human life. Abortion and infanticide with lawmakers voting to approve the "killing" of living human babies up to birth. Violence begets violence and when life is devalued the raping and killing of babies becomes not only acceptable but desirable. We must value human life at all stages, we must fight against the dehumanizing violence against all people irregardless of age, sex, socio-economics, race, religion, et al. Most importantly we as a society need to find God. My heart bleeds for these innocent babies and children. God help us all.

I don't know. I actually bought them in 2022 not 2020. Oh well, just another way to support President Trump. They look like credit cards. On the front is golden eagle and Official Trump 2024 Gold Card. And member number. On the back it says this card is non transferable and requires signature.
Back in 2020 I bought two Trump gold cards that I think were supposed to be worth $3000 a month each in 2025? I am foggy on the details, does anyone know anything about those gold cards? I believe I paid $99 per card.
