The hilarious part is that 'bend over' is just returning tariffs back to countries that were already doing it to the US. "Reciprocal tariffs" just means "you do it to us? Fine we'll give your tariffs back to you"... and somehow being treated equally makes the world lose its mind.

Its especially telling when the EU goes nuts over the US returning the favor to China... they shouldn't care one way or another, so the fact that they have to act on behalf of China to try and maintain one-directional tariffs against the USA is interesting.
